Once we've built a foundation of stability, Level 2 provides a safe, structured process to
explore deeper wounds, release shame, and connect with the inner child—all in the safety of a
trusted online group that provides encouragement, validation, and connection.
What to Expect
• A guided, step-by-step approach to processing deeper layers of trauma.
• Exploring how shame and self-blame develop and working toward self-compassion.
• Releasing internalized messages from the past that no longer serve you.
• Connecting with inner child parts and beginning reparenting work.
• Engaging in creative healing practices such as writing, guided visualization, and gentle somatic work.
• The supportive presence of others walking a similar path, reminding you that you are not alone.
• Breaking the isolation - realizing that shame loses power when shared in a compassionate space.
Who is this for?
• Women who feel ready to explore their deeper wounds in a structured, supportive setting - and have been through Level 1.
• Those who have built some stability and coping tools and want to process their past more directly.
• People struggling with shame, self-worth, or a sense of being “stuck” in their healing journey.
• Those seeking the validation and strength that comes from healing in a group, breaking free from the silence.

No. This is a support and psychoeducation group led by a trained facilitator. While it provides healing tools, it is not a replacement for individual therapy.
No one is required to share beyond their comfort level. The group focuses on healing, connection, and moving forward rather than retelling traumatic events.
That’s okay! You are welcome to reach out for a consultation to see if this is the right time for you.
